What areas of Orange County do you serve?
We're based in Santa Ana and serve Orange County, including Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, and Lake Forest. Reach out if your event is nearby and we'll let you know.
What are your hours for deliveries and pick-ups?
Our office answers calls, texts, and emails daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Deliveries and equipment pick-ups run every day from 8:00am to 9:30pm, so evening events are no problem; 9:30pm is our latest pick-up time.
Are you insured for parks, clubhouses, and churches?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide certificates of insurance for HOAs, community clubhouses, city parks, and churches on request; just tell us what your venue requires.
Do you deliver, set up, and take everything down?
Always. Every rental includes professional delivery, styling, setup, and teardown by our own team. You don't lift a thing.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book out weeks ahead, especially weekends in spring and summer. We recommend reserving as early as you can; use our contact form to check your date.
Is everything cleaned between events?
Yes. Every bounce house, soft play piece, and ball pit is sanitized before each event. Cleanliness is central to how we work, particularly for the youngest guests.
Can you set up indoors or at a venue?
Yes, we set up at private homes, clubhouses, halls, churches, and parks, indoors or out. We confirm dimensions and access ahead of time so setup is smooth.
Can I customize colors, backdrops, and decor?
Absolutely. Balloon installations and custom backdrops are designed to your palette, and we offer cakestands, arches, and custom character cutouts to complete the theme.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the forecast with you and will help reschedule or adjust the setup for safety. Your event and your guests' safety come first.
