1. Service Description

Bounce House City provides bounce house and party equipment rentals. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and booking system.

2. Booking Types

Inquiry: An inquiry request reserves no inventory and is subject to availability. We will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.

Guaranteed Booking: A guaranteed booking requires a non-refundable $100 deposit paid at the time of booking. Your selected date and equipment are reserved upon payment confirmation.

3. Payments and Deposits

The $100 deposit for guaranteed bookings is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the balance is not received.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will forfeit the $100 deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the full balance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the event.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a safe, level setup area, adequate power access, and compliance with all applicable local regulations. Bounce House City is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions provided at delivery.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you consent to receive text message reminders about your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounce House City's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for your rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
